Glad to be aboard.  Looking forward to see how well this increases interest in the lodge.  Just may be the working tool we have been looking for.

Greetings to all,

I want to thank everyone that I met at the annual meeting last night for being so hospitable.  I am looking forward to transferring membership to Prudence Lodge #100 from my lodge in Michigan.  Together we can make things happen and I will do all I can to assist in efforts for all events/happenings.  Hope to see you all again at the next meeting.

Regards,

Dave Mantas

Brethren,
it has been some time since i have been on this forum. and have not replied to anything in awhile. Parson Lodge has been in great upheaval and no one attends anymore at all.we have had dimits and alot of paper masons. I myself have stopped attending due to time restrictions and other personal issues. i have been thinking of attending your lodge for a look. since i kknow most of you. My only wish is that you do not suffer what parsons is suffering through now. it is a sad day for freemasonry when politics take over within a lodge and destroy it from within. ineffective leadership and hollow words is all that is left. my dad semitted from the lodge and when he did he took most of the active members with him. my dad is a good and true mason and he had his reasons. i have continued my studies and will continue. i only hope that i can find a new home shortly so that i begin my fellowship again with like minded masons who perfer to live the virtues of masonry and the search for truth. to be a mason and to do work is what we are called upon to do. is ritual just words or are there deeper meanings. i believe that the meanings are to be found and without the understanding of this then ritual serves no function. principles before personalities. I apologize for having to post such sad news. but with all things come a season. may the great creator smile upon you and your lodge.
